It was a 1day trip to this Novotel Hyderabad convention. I really had a comfortable stays right from the arrival which give us the warm welcome by Pinky. The room was little small but it's clean the housekeeping where helpful. Overall had a comfortable stays.

Excellent ambience, nice hospitality,cosy restaurant,well located

First of all I am extremely sorry for posting this very late...( My stay details in Novotel hitech City on 21/22 March..This is due to my health during severe heatwave...I would like to post the following for public viewing while conveying my gratitude to under mentioned Novotel hitex employees for making my stay very very comfortable. This also to inform public that the hotel take care of every guest. I was given a very good check-in process by Miss Madhulika and Sharon around 5:30pm on 21st March... A very nice coffee brought back my moods and checked to my room. it was on the 6th floor very convenient to access from the elevator. Ms Pallavi madam, Manager front office, took extra care to alert a suitable upgraded room for my platinum status the room is with all the finest amenities of a mid range category with nice premiere lounge, where I was served tastiest FRENCH FRIES 🍟... In the restaurant, RM, Amit Kumar took personal care of me, with his staff Meghana & Aditya... The South Indian chef, SK Valli made the best dishes of my choice and my stay was memorable 😄😄😄 I advise all the employees to win the guest's ❤️ and bring best name to Novotel, hightex, the prestigious hotel, where PM Modi ji stayed recently 🌹🌹🌹

Very good staff and attitude. Specially Chef Satish and Praveen have made the right food for all guests. It's a wonderful place to be. Specially coming from Delhi, it's like a work holiday for me.

My experience was great. Service is top notch. Especially from Shiv Kumar from house keeping! Would definitely recommend. The food, room and location are ideal for being I'm Hyderabad. The amenities and facilities of the hotel are also great!

Rafeeq has prepared these bangles so good. They do look pretty on my hands. He has put all his efforts and love in preparing them. The quality of the bangles is too good and we have multiple color options to choose. He will prepare then and there itself. Honestly saying…. I loved them a lot ❤️
